Gluten Free Food Allergy Fest: San Diego, CA
Not only did I get to sample many gluten-free treats …but I learned so much by attending the many lectures, talks, and demonstrations that took place at the San Diego convention. Dr. Tom O’Bryan educated me on the scientific health and lifestyle benefits that come with the gluten-free lifestyle. Mary Capone (top gluten free pastry chef) taught me some new and exciting gluten free baking techniques while Selene Kepila (founder of Naked Infusions) inspired me as a female entrepreneur as I continue to create and promote Lil’s Lite Bytes!
